All bookings made through Ace Travel Holidays are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated. A service fee is applied to all bookings. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Prices may vary by season.
Cancellation terms vary by property and are clearly stated on each property listing page. We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance. Cancellation requests must be made in writing to our reservations team.
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the condition in which it was found. Any damage to property, furnishings, or equipment beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. Guest numbers must not exceed the stated maximum capacity.
Ace Travel Holidays acts as an agent between guests and property owners. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All properties are inspected by our team but we cannot guarantee that descriptions are completely error-free.
